Shandong Development & Investment Holding Group Holds A Training Session on Archival Business

       On June 5, the Company held a training session on archival business. Xu Jinxin, General Manager of the Company, the principals of the archives charged by the departments of the Company and the ownership enterprises and archivists (more than 40 persons in total) participated in the session.

       This training session on archival business invited Yuan Junling, Investigator of Economic and Technology Division of Achieves of Shandong Province, and Wei Fang, Office Manager of Shandong Lucion Investment Holdings Group for special guidance. Director Yuan Junling gave a special guidance on the subject of Standardization of Archive Management according to Law. She systematically and comprehensively explained the value of archives, the significance of archival business and the requirements for archival business under new situation from the six aspects of publicizing and focusing on the archival business, implementing the unit's system of "responsibilities of five-star archives", etc.. Wei Fang explained in detail the general rules for archiving, as well as the collection, collating, sorting, coding, filing and other workflow of documents archiving centering on the practical operations of archives and combining with the common problems during the management of documents and archives.

       The Company would take this training as an opportunity to further establish and improve the system of archive management responsibilities, continue to improve the level of archive management, make the archive management work practical and detailed, and give full play to the value and role of archives, so as to serve the reform and development of the Company.
