Shandong Development & Investment Holding Group Holds A Special Training Class for Business Backbones at Renmin University of China (RUC)

From June 16 to 22, Shandong Development & Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. successfully held the Special Training Class for Business Backbones of the Company of 2019. Ni Shoumin, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee and Chairman of the Company led a team, and partial middle level officials and business backbones (27 persons in total) participated in the training.
The Training is an important content in the plan for the annual education and training for the staffs of the Company, with the purpose of implementing the requirements of the strategy of strengthening the enterprise by talents, strengthening the building of the Company's talent team, and improving the staffs' professional level and ability of performing their responsibilities, which closely connects with the new trend and new requirements of the reform and development of state-owned enterprises, and focuses on the development requirements and business fields of the Company. RUC elaborately designed the teaching contents, and scientifically arranged the agenda. With the efforts of multiple parties, the Training ended successfully.
Ni Shouming, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee and Chairman of the Company, attended the opening ceremony and gave a speech, and required the trainees to correct their attitude and study carefully, pay equal attention to learning and thinking for in-depth investigation and discussion, strictly comply with the disciplines and obey the arrangement, and exactly learn to obtain, learn to think and learn to use. RUC organized multiple well-known experts from its Business School, the School of Finance, and Macro Economic Research Institute of the State Development and Reform Commission of the people's Republic of China to give special lectures. The teachers have high level of political theory and rich practical experiences, and the contents they taught are targeted, effective and operable. Therefore, they won the unanimous praise of trainees.
The Training covered fund management, asset allocation and investment portfolio, enterprise merger and acquisition as well as capital operation, financial analysis and valuation, financial reform, local economic development and other subjects. Each subject requires a whole-day training and study. The training was in multiple forms, paying attention to the construction of theoretical system and solution of the problems on actual operations, closely combining the theoretical teaching with case analysis, and helping the trainees to combine the learned new knowledge, new skills with the new conditions and new problems in work to actually apply the learning achievements to work. The trainees quite cherished this learning opportunity. Therefore, they concentrated on learning, and carefully listened to teaching. Through the communication and discussion with teachers and other colleagues by the ways of class interaction, group discussion, Q & A and after-class summary, the trainees widened their vision, extended their thought, enriched their knowledge, and showed their styles, which achieved the purposes of mutual learning and mutual improvement, and laid a solid foundation for improving the work better.
