Yihuan Fund Develops an Event of Building Beautiful Environment

       Recently, in order to actively respond to the call of the Company to strive to create a provincial civilized unit, steadily promote the work for building a civilized unit, further beautify and purify the office environment, improve the responsibility consciousness of  civilization accomplishment and construction of cadres and employees, and create a warm, civilized and harmonious work atmosphere, Shandong Yihuan Industrial Investment Fund Co., Ltd. (Yihuan Fund) developed an event of building a beautiful environment.

    In order to well develop the event, the Company specially established a leading group to be responsible for supervision and evaluation of building beautiful environment. The event lasts for two weeks once a quarter, and will be subject to inspection on the morning of Wednesday and Friday, respectively, in which the department and personal workstation will be graded, and the "Beautiful Environment Pacesetter Department" and "Most Beautiful Workstation" will be rated by the total score from high to low upon the summary of results. During the event, the employees actively responded and jointly maintained the clean, tidy, comfortable and efficient working environment by optimizing space, adding green plants, clearing out workstation and cleaning environment, etc., further establishing an excellent work style and showing a good image of the Company. Upon the evaluation, the Risk Control and Compliance Department was rated as the "Beautiful Environment Pacesetter Department"; Liu Shanshan and Chen Qinrong were rated as "Most Beautiful Workstation". The Company issued mobile red banners and "Most Beautiful Workstation" metals to the award-winning department and individuals for encouragement.
