Shandong Development & Investment Holding Group Holds Economic Operation Analysis Meeting of the First Half

On July 22, Shandong Development & Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. held the Economic Operation Analysis Meeting of the First Half. Guo Xiaodong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the Company, Zhao Hui and Xu Jinxin, Vice General Managers, Shang Cunling and Zhang Huaqing, General Manager Assistants, were present at the meeting; and the main principals of the departments and ownership enterprises attended the meeting.
The meeting heard the report of ownership enterprises on the completion of main operating indicators and the progress of key work tasks in the first half year, analyzed and summed up the main operating indicators in the first half year, as well as deployment of main work of the second half year.
Guo Xiaodong proposed five requirements. First, we should organize the economic operation analysis report of the Company in the first half year, and report to the Party Committee of the Company upon the deliberation of General Manager Office Meeting. Second, the ownership enterprises should attach great importance to the economic operation analysis, focus on the analysis of the problems existing in the operation, and take targeted measures. Third, the Company should conduct the economic operation scheduling analysis on a monthly basis, improve the timeliness of economic analysis, and focus on the operation based on the schedule. Fourth, the ownership enterprises should, according to the medium- and long-term strategic plan of the Company and based on its own advantages, define the investment & development direction, avoid the peer competition within the Company, and improve the efficiency of resource allocation. Fifth, the units should, based on the settings and business development of organizations, define the post responsibilities, conduct fixed post and staffing and improve the performance assessment system.
