On August 19, according to the deployment of leading group for the campaign on the theme of "Remain True to Our Original Aspiration and Keep Our Mission Firmly in Mind", and the Company's requirements of the Work Program for Seeking Gaps based on the Party Constitutions and Rules in the Campaign on the Theme of "Remain True to Our Original Aspiration and Keep Our Mission Firmly in Mind", the Party Committee of the Company held the special meeting on seeking gaps based on the party constitutions and rules for a half day, in order to carefully learn and implement the important indications of General Secretary Xi Jinping and the decision deployment of the Party Central Committee, guide the party members and cadres to seek gaps based on the party constitutions and rules in the complete self-revolutionary spirit, further improve awareness, gather strength, and inspire everyone for motivation, practically implement the Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress, and steadily promote the constantly in-depth and practical development of the themed campaign.

Han Bin, Vice Director of the 18th Touring Guidance Group of Shandong Party Committee, and Liu Sifeng, a member of the Group guided at the meeting, and Meng Lei, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Company, presided over the meeting and made a summary speech. The members of the Party Committee attended the meeting, and the Vice General Manager, General Manager Assistant and main directors of Party Committee Office, Division of Party and Masses' Affairs and Party Committee Organization Office, as well as the members of Leading Group Office for the themed campaign of the Company attended the meeting without voting rights.

The Party Committee of the Company paid high attention to the special meeting, and made serious preparations. On August 16, based on the previous self-learning, the Company convened the Party Committee Theory Learning Center Group for learning under the leadership of Meng Lei, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman; the members of the Party Committee learned the relevant contents of the Constitution of the Communist Party of China, the Code of Conduct for Intraparty Political Life Under New Circumstances, and the Regulation of the Communist Party of China on Disciplinary Actions, developed the discussion and exchange, and compiled the personal comparison viewing materials in person.

At the meeting, Meng Lei was the first to speak, followed by Guo Xiaodong, Ni Shoumin and Sheng Hongyan, respectively; they made comparison check one by one to themselves, their duties and work, in strict accordance with the party constitutions and rules as well as the "18 "Whether"" to carefully self-examine, find out problems and insufficiency, and define the rectification measures. After the speech of each one, Meng Lei gave comments, and other members of the Party Committee who were in the position to be responsible for the organization, career and comrades supervised, reminded, warned them, and provided opinions and suggestions. It was agreed by all that the opinions and suggestions put forward by the comrades would be accepted in a humble and complete manner, and great effort would be utilized to rectify the problems so as to continuously improve in the blade inward self-revolutionary spirit.

In the summary speech, Meng Lei emphasized that seeking gaps based on the party constitutions and rules is an important content of the themed campaign, and an important measure to promote the party members and leading cadres to actively examine themselves and consciously correct mistakes. With the strong support and help of the Guidance Group of Shandong Party Committee and the joint effort of the attendants, the meeting was successfully ended. Everyone has undergone a thorough political examination and a profound party spirit training, which laid the foundation for a good democratic life.

Meng Lei made an arrangement for the further work. First, we should deepen based on self-examination. The members of the Party Committee of the Group must restrict themselves at a higher level, often examine and inspect themselves in a meticulous and deep-going way based on the party constitutions and rules, play a good model role, take the lead in "Four Consciousnesses", adhere to "Four Self-confidences", and follow "Two Maintenances". Second, we should further deepen based on the thought analysis, seek gaps and define insufficiencies, find problems but also explore their root causes; especially, we should deeply analyze the problem causes in terms of the world view, life view and value view, ideal and beliefs, purpose and consciousness, party spirit culture, mass concept and political discipline, continuously improve political positions, and enhance the ideological level. Third, we should further deepen based on rectification and implementation, and incorporate the problems self-examined, and commented and criticized by other comrades at the special meeting into the List of Personal Rectification Items. We should integrate the development of the themed campaign with the implementation of decisions and arrangements of the provincial party committee and government, play a full and important role of state-owned capital, make new greater contributions to the economic and social development of the whole province, and interpret the original aspiration and mission of the party by the decisive and excellent achievements in practicing new development concepts, driving high-quality development, promoting supply-side structural reforms, and accelerating the transformation of new and old kinetic energy.
